上七軒・北野天満宮盆踊り開催のお知らせ

京都最古の花街・上七軒で、夏の風物詩「上七軒・北野天満宮盆踊り」が開催されます。

「西陣音頭」発祥の地として親しまれる上七軒で、芸妓さん・舞妓さんとともに楽しめる盆踊りは、この地域ならではの特別な夏の体験。屋台や太鼓演奏も行われ、京都らしい温かな雰囲気に包まれます。

当日は上七軒通りが歩行者天国となり、夕暮れから提灯が灯る街並みは散策にもぴったりです。

京の宿華 – 西陣 – からも徒歩圏内。京都の夏の締めくくりに、地元ならではの盆踊りをぜひお楽しみください。

Kamishichiken Bon Odori at Kitano Tenmangū

Experience a local Kyoto summer tradition at the Kamishichiken Bon Odori, held in Kyoto’s oldest geisha district near Kitano Tenmangū Shrine.
